Clients Who’ve Used Our Training Plans:

My year began with Oceanside 70.3 as an “A” race where I PR’ed by 15 minutes and then ended at IRONMAN Arizona where I PR’ed by 47 minutes! I attribute my continued success to arriving fresh and ready to race as a direct result of the ENDURANCEWORKS training plans for each event. I feel like the plans kept me right where I needed to be and provided an excellent platform for a great race day showing.

Toby Jones

IRONMAN Arizona

Just wanted to let you know I followed your plan for the Hawaii 70.3 race in Kona this weekend. My goal time was under 5 hours and my previous best for Hawaii was 5:22. I finished in 5:03 and took 8th in my class (50-55) and qualified for the WC in Australia! My A race is Coeur d’Alene where I plan on qualifying for the Worlds in Kona. Your system really worked for me and I will definitely recommend ENDURANCEWORKS coaching to my clients and friends.

IRONMAN 70.3 Hawaii

Hi David: Wanted to give you some feedback on your 70.3 training plan I used for Eagleman this past weekend. The conditions for this race were some of the most brutal in recent memory with a swim that had a fairly strong current and a run course where temperatures soared to 108 degrees! In the end, I had a very successful race and came in with a time of 4:50. I’ve used other plans and thought yours gave just the right balance not only to finish but excel and do so without injury during the build-up phase. I also appreciated your feedback during the training. Thanks again!

IRONMAN 70.3 Eagleman

I purchased your Masters 70.3 training plan from Training Peaks and followed the plan to race Ironman Timberman 70.3 last weekend. The plan worked well for me and this was the first time I have raced without a personal coach. I enjoyed the workouts and found the time commitment right for me. I felt well prepared and raced well. The additional articles and videos are very helpful and for me this is a great way to structure my training. Thank you!

IRONMAN 70.3 Timberman

Hi Krista! I thought I’d send along a quick update for you. I did the Musselman on Sunday in Geneva, NY. Have you ever done it? It’s such a fun race. It was CRAZY HOT! Anyway, I had a good time and most importantly learned a TON so the next one will go a bit better. Thanks again for an awesome program!

Jen Reschke

I did the Jamestown International on 6/8 where I PR’d the distance in 2:30:05! I had a solid swim and bike, cramped through mile 2 on the run, but ran through it and finished strong. Got 4th in my age group, but overall was very happy with my new PR.

Tricia Holland

Hi David, I took 3rd place at 2:42 (AG 55-59). Your plans have put me on the podium. Seriously, I couldn’t have done it on my own, I have no clue where to start. Great day in Connecticut!

Randy Shoop

I completed the sprint novice plan I previously purchased, did my triathlon, and it went great! I really benefitted from having your plan to follow. I didn’t complete every workout but made sure I did every swim and it gave me the confidence to go from super sprint distances to the sprint.

Tom Perez

I did my first 70.3 on the Sunshine Coast in Qld, Australia on Sunday! I’m so thrilled and thank you for your program and help over the last few months.

Pinky Neven

IRONMAN 70.3 Sunshine Coast

I WON the bike section in my triathlon and placed 5th in my category!! AND I didn’t drown. I felt great!! I paced myself and had extra energy when I crossed the finish line! Had a blast!! I’m offically hooked on tri!!!

Sioban Castor

I wanted to let you know that I completed my first Olympic triathlon today.  It was a great experience, and while the conditions were very windy and choppy, I learned a lot and am excited for more.  I followed your training plan pretty closely, and I feel that it prepared me very well for my first event.  I will be using it again for my future races, and have recommended your plans to my friends!
