Crafted by USAT-certified coach and sub-9 hour Ironman® athlete David Glover, MS, CSCS, who has coached dozens of triathletes to success, each of our plans ARE designed to set you up for YOUR success on race day.

Designed for NOVICE and INTERMEDIATE level triathletes competing in a 70.3 or other half distance triathlons, each plan includes testing sessions to identify your customized intensity zones for each workout.

All training plans include:

  • Use of TrainingPeaks online training plan platform, which includes an online training log.
  • Comprehensive downloadable 30+ page training guide
  • Ability to set start date based on your goal race.
  • Email access to plan author David Glover with any questions about your plan.

  2. Select your plan distance: 24-Week, 18-Week, 10-Week or Base Period (8 Weeks)
  3. Pay a one-time purchase fee through TrainingPeaks for the plan.
  4. Load the plan into your TrainingPeaks account.
  5. Start training!
