In partnership with the Town of Luray and Set Up Events, we produce the Luray Triathlon at scenic Lake Arrowhead in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. This coming year will be the 6th annual event, which has received rave reviews from participants and spectators alike, including being rated as one of the 50 Great U.S. Triathlons and being the Virginia qualifying race for the Best of the U.S. Amateur Triathlete Competition.

We developed started the She Does Tri camps and clinics with the mission to provide a fun, non-competitive, and welcoming experience that focus on the specific needs of women for triathlon training, nutrition and racing.

Our camps and clinics include both instruction and hands-on practice with the goals to prepare you for your first triathlon and give you the skills and knowledge to continue to improve.

Founded by triathlete and coach, Krista Schultz, MS, CSCS, Total Performance, Inc. is now a part of ENDURANCEWORKS, LLC. We are excited to have Krista onboard as a Coach, Exercise Physiologist (for performance testing) and Personal Trainer.

Rainmaker first solicited ENDURANCEWORKS founder David Glover as a contributing author to: From Fairbanks to Boston: 50 Great U.S. Marathons. David then approached them with the idea to write about his experiences with cancer and triathlons, which led to his first book: Full Time & Sub-Nine: Fitting Iron Distance Training into Everyday Life. Founded by triathlete Emilio De Soto II, De Soto Clothing Company has been in existence since 1990. Each time that we have contact the company, our emails have been personally answered by Emilio. We are proud to partner with the Joanna M. Nicolay Melanoma Foundation in their mission to promote prevention, early detection and research to end melanoma. This is a natural partnership given the substantial amount of time that triathletes spend training outside in the sun.

With the goal to "help you love the water as much as she does," Margaret "Mei Mei" Connor and Open Water Works conduct individual swim sessions, seminars, pool and open water clinics.  Mei Mei is also available for triathlon race day assistance. During the crucial “off- season”, Mei Mei continues to work with athletes to prepare them for the upcoming triathlon season ensuring these racers can THRIVE, not just SURVIVE, their swim!
