Build and Maintain is our comprehensive strength-training program designed for time-conscious triathletes with exercises that can be completed in the gym or at home.

Strength training improves muscular strength and helps develop power for the endurance athlete. More importantly, training for strength improvements helps to prevent injury.

Developed by triathlon coaches and triathletes David Glover, MS, CSCS and Krista Schultz, MEd, CSCS, this program is designed specificially for the unique needs of all triathlete from sprint to Ironman®-distance races. The program contains a detailed and progressive exercise program with photographs, descriptions and video demonstrations of proper form for each exercise.
