Testimonials

Coaching takes the guesswork out and subjectivity out of training by providing you with expert, objective guidance and structure that is customized to your unique abilities, experiences and goals. You can spend $5,000 on a triathlon bike, but without proper training you may as well be riding a Huffy. Working with the right coach is an excellent investment to learn how to train and race smartly and effectively.

"I did it!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!!"
- Kristen Mylotte, Ironman Wisconsin '08

"The race was great. Despite the horrible weather (it poured all day) and getting a flat tire at mile 107, I had a great day. Crossing that finish line is an experience I'll never forget. I learned a lot about racing (and about myself) from this experience. Thanks for all your help in getting me to the finish line."
- Jason Baletsa, Ironman USA '08

"It was quite simply - amazing. It was incredible. So much to talk about. I can't thank you enough. An experience of a lifetime. I am an ironman!!! I can't believe it. "
- Donna Rostant, Ironman Coeur d'Alene '08

"I've got nothing but great things to say about David. He put together a great training plan for me, one that was realistic; I didn't feel over or under trained. He takes into account I have a full time job and I'd like to think I have some form of a social life. He only gave me what I needed to succeed at Louisville, no more, no less. And then to have him here locally was the icing on the cake. I even went to Reston one morning to his local community pool where he swims so he could observe my swim form and give me pointers. Plus he was always quick to respond to emails or my phone calls. In addition to all of this, his ironman experience is off the charts. He's completed 24 of these crazy races, winning a few and going sub 9 for two of them. No question, he definitely knows what he's doing out there. You can't ask for aanything more from a coach. If you or anyone else you know needs one, I wouldn't look any further than David. He was worth every penny and then some."
- Jean Colsant, Arlington, VA

"Again Thank YOU!! I have more confidence, in myself, to now move forward. I am really happy I made this achievement and, right now in my own way, I feel that I too was a winner and am enjoying this euphoria. I also see the benefit of 'getting the experience' and have a higher respect for your achievements, your abilities as a coach, and that I can get better. I guess you just brought me from crawling to taking my first steps."
- Dave Tipler, Reston, VA
